Clients use Process Bliss to improve how they operate - delivering consistency, improving employee motivation and accelerating growth.

Many of these clients also follow a recognised structure to their business strategy, such as the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) from Gino Wickman, which is designed to help you 'get a grip on your business' by strengthening the six key components of your business. In fact, it is the approach that we use in Process Bliss to help achieve our own goals for growth.

This article describes how we use Process Bliss to manage our Level 10 Meetings and the associated Actions that result from them, to help our clients improve their own approach.

What materials are referenced in the above video?

  • Free Traction Templates available here

    • From the Strategy section of our Template library, you can import these into your Organisation and tailor them to your requirements

    • Level 10 Weekly Pulse Meeting Agenda

      • Once imported and customised to your requirements, a weekly recurring Task schedule should be created from the Template and assigned to the meeting organiser. If there are multiple Level 10s in your organisation, prefix each recurring schedule appropriately.

    • Quarterly Rock Setting Meeting Agenda

      • Once imported and customised to your requirements, a quarterly weekly recurring Task schedule should be created from the Template and assigned to the meeting organiser.

    • Scorecard Figures for Weekly Pulse Meeting (example)

      • This is an example and will most likely need customising once imported. It is required based on the assumption that multiple parties are responsible for supplying the information to complete the Scorecard.

      • Each Step in the Template can then be assigned to whomever is providing that information, and a weekly recurring Task schedule can be created to ensure that each Task appears in the My Tasks of everyone involved, to ensure that it is completed on time and nothing is missed.

  • Free Google Sheets Traction tracker here

    • You can view and copy this to your own workspace, and then modify appropriately.

How are the different components managed?

  • Issues

    • These are documented in the shared Google Sheets Traction Tracker. While we would love to solely use Process Bliss, we find the combination of Google Sheets and Process Bliss works well for us.

    • It is possible to use Process Bliss for this purpose, either by adding as multiple Comments to the Issues Step on the Level 10 Weekly agenda Task, or by having a separate Task that is shared with the group and members are asked to add Steps to it for each week, if you would like to try this.

  • Scorecard

    • This is updated weekly in the shared Google Sheets Traction Tracker, with a recurring schedule Task reminder to ensure everyone involved knows when to update the Scorecard.

    • Using Google Sheets also allows formula and integration to automatically import information into the Google Sheets Scorecard if available.

  • Actions

    • These are created and tracked in Process Bliss using a Template you can create, called 'L10 Actions'. This Template does not require any Steps, but should have a default due date of one week from Task start date.

    • When Actions are created and assigned from this as Task, because they all originate from this Template it makes it much easier to group, track and report on Action status (using Template Task Lists, Template Reports, Dashboards or All Tasks).

    • Tracking Actions in Process Bliss as Tasks is critical to ensure nothing is missed, that visibility is clear on progress, and that your Traction strategy is successful.

  • Rocks

    • These are agreed and documented in the free Traction Tracker. In the Level 10 agenda, where these are reviewed and declared on or off target, if a Rock is off-target the Step should be marked with a cross, with the details added as a Comment on the Step. These should then be added to your Issues list.

  • Yearly Targets

    • These are agreed and documented in the free Traction Tracker.

  • Accountability Matrix

    • This is agreed and documented in the free Traction Tracker.
