Template Library access: We’ve launched a whole range of pre-built templates to help you explore all the ways in which Process Bliss can be used throughout your business. We’ll be regularly adding to our template library to help you ensure your processes are performed the same way by everyone, every time. You can view our template library with ease through our 'Library' link in our main header.

Deleting templates: If you're an admin or an owner of a template, you can now delete a template, including all tasks and scheduled ones. Deleting will allow you to clear up your work space and ensure everyone will be using the correct template for the task. However, if you do decide that you would like the use a deleted template, simply go to organisation settings where you can restore any that you have removed.

Updating scheduled tasks: When a scheduled template has been updated, all tasks and future ones will be updated and will continue to be updated when you change a template. You will also receive a pop-up message informing you that the changes will automatically update future tasks to match your changes.

What this means for your tasks...

Completed and archived tasks will not be updated and you will be informed of any tasks that cannot be updated because they have already been edited.

Also included in this release: Text filter
A text filter has been added on 'To do' and 'all tasks' so you can find tasks easier on your lists. To find this new feature, simply hover your mouse on 'filter' and click to make the 'find on page' search box come up.
