After listening to customer feedback, we've changed the wording of the menu button ‘Processes’ to ‘Tasks’ to better distinguish it from ‘Templates’.
Templates are the blueprints for the way you perform certain processes in your business, such as how you onboard customers or run the monthly finances. They contain all the steps that need completing. Tasks are the checklists created from the template when you want to perform the activity for a particular customer or month of the year.
Now, when you click on ‘Tasks’ in the menu, you’ll see all the tasks that have been assigned to you.
Printing templates or tasks
We've added a new feature that allows you to print all of the steps contained in your templates or tasks.
To print a template or task, simply click on the printer icon to the left of the table view button.
When printed your template/task looks like this.
