In Process Bliss you can track the status of tasks created from a template by viewing its report. The report provides an ‘at-a-glance’ view of the task steps and alerts you to the tasks where steps couldn't be completed.

In this video we show you how to access and use the report feature.

To view the report, select a template that has one or more active tasks then click on the 'report' tab towards the top right hand side of the screen.

Tasks with a red triangle indicate that one or more essential steps in the task were marked as 'couldn't be completed'. You can see this on the report by looking for red cells with a white cross in them.

On the report you can:

  • See which tasks are in progress and which have been completed. For tasks still in progress, there's an indicator of how many steps are left to do if you hover over the progress circle
  • See the status of the individual steps. Hover over the cells to see more information (such as who is assigned to it, when it was due, when it was completed)
  • See why the steps marked with a cross couldn't be completed. Hover over the cells to see more information
  • See which steps are overdue. Hover over the cells to see when this step was supposed to be due

Clicking on the cells in the report let you view and complete steps, as if you would from the task.

With the step open, you can use the arrow keys on your keyboard to navigate around the other steps on the report
